This Privacy Policy explains how Instasold ("Instasold," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the Instasold BrokerBot mobile and web application (the "App"). BrokerBot is an invite-only internal tool provided to licensed real estate agents affiliated with Instasold. This page is maintained by Instasold to answer common privacy questions about the App.

2. Who this App is for
BrokerBot is provided solely to Instasold agents by invitation. Accounts are created by an Instasold administrator. The App is intended for licensed real estate professionals age 18 or older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
3. Information we collect
- Account information provided when your admin invites you or you set up your profile: name, work email, password, profile photo, phone (optional), and role.
- Content you create in the App: messages sent to other agents or admins, prompts and conversations with the BrokerBot AI assistant, documents you upload or fill, event RSVPs, training progress, and activity in in-app games and trivia.
- Device and usage data: device model, operating system, browser type, IP address, general location derived from IP, log data, timestamps, referring/exit pages, and diagnostic or error reports.
- Push notification tokens if you enable notifications in the native iOS or Android app.
- Cookies and similar technologies used to keep you signed in and to remember preferences.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, government IDs, precise GPS location, contacts, photos library, microphone, or camera data except where you explicitly upload or submit such content through the App.
4. How we use information

- Authenticate you and manage your account.
- Deliver messages, notifications, and emails you request.
- Generate responses from the BrokerBot AI assistant based on your prompts.
- Improve reliability, troubleshoot, and analyze usage.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
5. AI processing
Prompts, questions, and content you submit to the BrokerBot AI assistant are sent to third-party AI model providers acting as our processors in order to generate a response. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not authorize these providers to use your prompts to train their public foundation models.
6. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only:
- With service providers that operate the App on our behalf under contract, including hosting and database infrastructure, email delivery, AI model providers, push notification services, and error and performance monitoring.
- With Instasold administrators for the purpose of managing your account, roles, and access.
- When required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Instasold, our users, or the public.
- In connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
7. Data retention
We keep account information for as long as your account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide the App, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Content you create (such as messages and uploaded documents) is retained while your account is active and deleted or anonymized on request or when no longer needed.
8. Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information by emailing mike@instasold.com. You may also unsubscribe from non-essential emails using the link at the bottom of those emails, and you can disable push notifications in your device settings at any time.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion or correction, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
EU/UK residents (GDPR/UK GDPR): you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Our legal bases are performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the App, consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations.

9. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and role-based permissions to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International users
The App is operated from the United States and information is processed and stored in the United States. By using the App you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.
11. Third-party links
The App may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Review the privacy policies of any third-party service you access.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, if changes are material, provide notice through the App or by email.
